The Fine PrintHow far in advance should I place my order?
Custom cakes and desserts should be ordered at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Wedding cakes and fake cake rentals require at least 4–6 weeks notice. Last-minute requests? We do our best, but availability isn't guaranteed.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer local delivery in Windsor, Ontario (and surrounding areas) for a fee, based on distance. Delivery for wedding cakes is highly recommended and priced accordingly. Pick-up is also available by appointment.
What’s included in the base cake price?
A delicious sponge in one of the base flavours with a whipped cream-based filling. Buttercream is only used on the outside of the cake and for decorations. Decorations and fillings are extra and vary depending on your design and choices.
Do you make eggless, gluten-free, or dairy-free cakes?
No — we currently do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free, or eggless options. All cakes are halal and made without gelatin.
What’s your payment and cancellation policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your order. The remaining balance for custom cakes is due upon pickup. The remaining balance for wedding cakes/rentals is due 1 week before the event. Cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
Do you rent fake cakes?
Yes! we offer fake tiered cakes for weddings and styled shoots — they look real but are made of decorated styrofoam. You can add a secret slice of real cake for a cake-cutting moment! Inquire early to reserve your date.
Do you offer cake tastings for weddings?
Yes! You can order a selection of cake jars to sample different flavour combinations. Each jar includes sponge cake, frosting, and your choice of filling — perfect for tasting before you book.
Can I bring in a photo of a cake I like?
Absolutely — inspiration photos are welcome, but we don’t copy designs exactly. We will create a unique version that reflects your vision and my signature style.
How do I place an order?
Easy! Just head to the Order Page on my website and fill out the order form. Include your event date, number of servings, and any design inspo you have. We’ll get back to you with a quote and availability.
Do you have a minimum order?
Yes – cupcakes must be ordered by the dozen, cake jars by the half-dozen, and cookies in a minimum of 6. Custom cakes start at one tier and go up from there depending on size and servings.
How should I store my cake or desserts?
Store cakes and cake jars in the fridge. For best results, take cakes out 1–2 hours before serving so they can come to room temperature. Cake jars can be enjoyed straight from the fridge.
Cupcakes are fine at room temperature for 1–2 days. After that, pop them in the fridge to keep them fresh longer.
Shelf life: Cakes, cake jars, and cupcakes will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Cookies can stay at room temperature for up to 5 days if stored in a sealed ziplock bag or an airtight container.
What form of payment do you accept?
We accept e-transfer for the deposit. The remaining balance can be paid by e-transfer or cash.
